That is true, but it is a LOT brighter than a 4D mag light (non led). You can clearly see what you need to see when it's dark.

Note that in this case "wireless" does not mean"solar powered." It requires 3 D cells, and in cold climates that means the more expensive alkaline D cells at a couple of bucks each.

Just be aware that these are 120 Lumens so don't expect to light up your basketball court at night.
