Sometimes, it doesn't get removed even though it has been used. It happened several times for my rewards. I don't think it will make any difference if it's used by you or somebody else.

yea. they pay you price paid minus rebate received. So since the rebate wasn't processed, they did not see the rebate.

If you are Premier, you have 5.5 months to redeem them, otherwise it is 2.5 months. If by this measure the rewards should still be valid, then someone else stole your rewards. Not so common these...
