What else do you get?
i saw on a site that I should take
600 mg. of calcium
1g. - 2g. of omega 3 fatty acids
Iron 27 mg. of iron
Grapeseed oil 100 mg. to 400 mg.
Not sure on the grape...

I get two hundred softgels from Walmart for $6 in the 1,000iu, it's the cheapest that I have seen. It is Spring Valley High Potency. I only use it for a week a month. Unless you have a specific need...

I use the 5000 IUs. You can safely take up to 5000/day. Take them at dinnertime btw. This is what I get. 3 months supply for $10.
