Love the way you put it. chicken sandwich is a chicken sandwich, specially if it is a free one. look like this chicken sandwich did the job. I believe it is going to come down more. B&H has this...

It's been a long time since I've seen 2TB at $45!

March 5 is the deal. Some people got it on March 6.

Wasn't it also only for tech retail employees as well?

Bought it for 59.99 a couple of months ago.. so far it's been a good drive. I use it with my Macbook for Time Machine backups and it's been working just fine.

Pretty good deal on a portable 3.0 drive. I picked up two of the 1TB 3.0 Buffalo ministation plus portable drives for $52.49 each from the Staples deal last week, so I'm probably good for a while.

I know, right? One dollar off of a hard drive isn't really a new deal. Same thing minus a chicken sandwich.

Got this 2 deals ago for $69. Drive has been working great and its very portable / small. I use it as my music drive for Serato Scratch Live, works great.

Shouldn't this thread/deal get some more credit/attention than it is getting? Or Am i missing something here?

I can't speak from experience, but the only difference I can see between the Elements Portable and the MyPassport is that the latter comes with syncing/backup software.

typically yes, but most of the 1TB drives are 12mm vs the 9mm of most laptops. Don't recall exact sizes, I do know they're typically a little larger though.

Don't own one yet but Elements can easily interoperate with Mac and Windows...the reason i got it. Passport can work too but requires reformatting for Mac.

In for 1. Free shipping makes it the sweetest deal i have come across for 1TB elements so far. Thanks. TU & Repped!

How does the Elements compare to this as they are both generally around the same price? My passport
Post #58124736 added 03-10-2013 1:59 PM by funnytool in Archived Deals
why so many people think this is good price? 2TB $45, that's a good price!

I would have saved $1.01 if I would have waited a day longer... oh well.

At the time I was reading this on the site that you were re-directed to it only worked for retail email addresses or tech email addresses such as Dell.

For those of you with Disc CB or other CB, and with TigerDirect Inner Circle, it's cheaper to buy it there:...
