I think a lot of the reviews complain about the android implementation. I heard ICS is way better, and that jellybean rocks. 1.6lbs is fine with me, better than carrying my x61t or x200t.

No you cannot, the WWAN is just for internet access through a cellphone carrier not for actual phone use.
