The steel shaft ones are lower priced than the graphite- do you just prefer the steel shafts, or is there another benefit over graphite?

nope. just irons. you will have to buy a driver, woods, hybrids, and a putter. will come with wedge, but no chipper (you can use 7 iron as a chipper in most cases). good luck out there!

It comes with a pitching wedge, but other than that, no. You would still need at least a driver, sand wedge, and a putter. This is 4 iron through 9 iron plus a pitching wedge.
