I believe the speed drops down to sata II level when filled to 50%, only when it's at 80% it really slows down.

Agility line is being dropped anyway, so there may be more deals to come as they close it out. Vertex 3.20 is their new mainstream value line.

Good SSD, but I wouldn't buy a used/refurbished SSD no matter what the price. Well, unless it came with a full warranty.

Risk for some, bargain for others. Quality wise Agility 4s are much better than older OCZ drives. I would hope that the refurbished are better too.

agree, used HDD gives a weird feeling. I couldn't do it even with the full warranty.
