Thanks OP, finally pulled the trigger. Replacing a 6800 that I had in my server. It should cut down on the noise, heat and power used.

It should. The 5450 uses max 20W. Unless you have a monster CPU or lots of drives, it'll stay under that 220W limit.

This seems to be compatible with N40L (and N54L) Microserver. I bought the n54L from the recent deal. Any thoughts of adding this card to the server?
