i just took a look on craigslist, and used phones are going for 170-200.. so based on that, then id agree that 220 for a new nokia is a decent price. i guess, im still amazed at the concept...

"nice quality" in the $200 price range is very subjective. If the $299 + tax Nexus 4 really is too much, I might suggest getting a Samsung Galaxy Blaze which is a T-Mobile phone you can buy unlocked...
