I have this tv. The 3d and everything else works fine. I paid 250 as well and I think it's worth that.

Doesn't a TV need to be at least 120Hz to be 3D compatible (60Hz in each eye with alternating images)? Even still, $250 is a good price for a 1080p LED-backlit TV.
