I believe that Dell refers to their 1366 x 768 laptop screens as "HD" and the 1920 x 1080 screens as "Full HD". Then they intentionally do not mention what the actual resolution is. ...

I had an earlier generation of the 15z w/ 1080p.. The palm-rest was cold, made of aluminum...it had great speakers but I didn't like all the cold aluminum all over. I prefer the 1640/1645/or 1647...
