Means you need to find an FFL that has a type 3 (for old guns) licence in your area to ship these to. (there is like 11 types of FFL categories)

Yeah they have some recoil. And I'm pretty sure part of the stock buttplate is metal. Fun to shoot, but the sights can potentially be way off. My brother's is a couple feet off at 100 yards.
