I agree. Typewriter is great. I sometimes scan hard copies of forms to .pdf and the use it. Makes my life much easier. Always filling out rebates or recommendation forms, etc. Thanks OP! Dfg

When I tried to get it their site said you had to complete one of heir "offers to get it for free.....and of course the "offers" all include signing up and billing fees to credit card....No thanks.

Wow... I do them old school and just print screen/ctrl+v in paint (if the rebate form is small enough). Pop in my text and print.

Thumbs up for Foxit from me as well. I would MUCH rather have Foxit on my system than that beast from adobe.

I have a whole bunch of templates made up using Abode, so when a new rebate for say Antec comes out, all I have to do is cut and paste, and viola, everything is filled out :) A tip for those...

I've used Foxit and The Gimp, a freeware image editor. Saved the image to The Gimp, then used The Gimp to add text. :)

Tried to use this on the Kohls rebate for blender. The image needs to be rotated and straightened. I can rotate but wasn't able to straighten, therefore the text is not straight.

Don't need all that work. Just use the typewriter tool in Foxit Reader. Click where you want to type and you can type there. If you really want to save it, just use a pdf printer.
