You missed the part that says TI after the 1080
This is probably the cheapest price for a i7-7700K+ GTX 1080 Ti Desktop.
This is actually cheaper than parts alone when pricing out the same build on Newegg with a Silverstone Raven RVZ01B as the case. Came out to $1613 using a 1080 tI FE @699. That's without a CPU cooler, which you would need too.

Slick deal for sure considering it's also built for you and comes with a warranty. Good find OP.

I've been considering waiting another 1 1/2 to 2 months to get/build a gaming computer or to build my own with the Ryzen 5 CPUs and the Vega GPU coming out. It'd be my first but I have the money to spend and am willing to wait that time. Though with a deal like this it's tempting. Is there anything about this setup/pre-build that is cause for concern? Inadequate cooling, too small of a case size, lack of ability to switch out the case if desired? If not, should I just then go for it now while this opportunity is here?

is this a similar deal as last week, where tax (in CA and WA) and shipping killed it for some of us? otherwise great deal.

*edit - this case actually looks nicer than the other case from that other deal I referenced.

*edit 2 - tax for me in WA is $147 but ups ground and ups 3 day appear free unless I'm looking at this incorrectly (on my phone).

Yes, shipping is free for this build to any states.

One thing is that this is not very overclock friendly. Due to the small size of the chassis, you won't be able to add a Liquid Cooler or big Sized Air Cooler, only low profile Air Cooler's will fit inside it.

free shipping makes it a bit better but the nearly $150 tax sucks for me, otherwise I'd probably jump in. I didn't see free shipping in the post, but I am on my phone and could have missed it. good find!

I'd image thought that you could still probably perform at or above 60 fps in most games on a 3440:1440 21:9 monitor without overclocking? We're talking Witcher 3, Wildlands, and similar performance games with presets likely set at high, not necessarily ultra.

definitely yes regarding performance you are looking for. based on a previous post of yours, it sounds like this is a first build? while I recommend building your own, it can't be denied the hardware you get in this package. custom SFF to boot, which are tougher builds as a first.

you could always use parts of this build in future builds too. this full build comes with a warranty, which should be am added bonus for your first. that said, I don't know how their customer service is or whether they offer on-site repair like dell and others, etc.

Just be aware the warranty and tech support from this company is pretty horrible. Great hardware for the price though.
