Oh hey, I just bought this fan. It's very powerful and moderately quiet. The remote is super cheap feeling, which is disappointing because it is the only method of control. Installation was relatively easy. My room was prewired for 2 switches, one for fan and one for light. If you are using the remote control wiring kit (included, required if you want more than on/off), it does not allow for wiring a seperate light switch. Thus the only way to turn the light on/off is by using the remote control (not a wall switch). The remote control does remember the last brightness setting when turning on/off (as long as you don't cut the power to the fan). The fan blades are plastic and so the room smelled like plastic for the first 24 hours.

I have no idea! I wansn't looking for a deal, but really like this fan, decided to buy it, and was super pleased to notice the promo code.
(I would have bought it without the promo code, but am happy to save the money!)

Any idea what the regular price is? Is it 99.97?

I believe so. Even that seems low to me, though! I forgot to mention in the original post that a remote control is included as well.

Yes I saw that. I saw a similar fan to this a few years ago for 150 plus. This may be a special buy plus the coupon

Does anyone know if the LEDs are replaceable? I would rather put in 3300-3500 or z-wave compatible bulbs

I'd be hesitant if you can't easily replace the LED bulb in this unit.

This is addressed in the "Customer Questions and Answers" section:
There are no bulbs to replace. The light uses a group of LEDs that should last ~20 years.

you're at the mercy of their 30khr lifetime rating.

I installed two of these units in my mothers home last year. This has no bulbs.

Its a flat piece of metal with a group of LEDs on the plate. Unless you can order that specific part its replaceable. It was plug and play.
