The phone won't work on Verizon or Sprint. Your best bet is TMobile.
I'm very tempted to buy a silver or gold 32GB SE. I got the 32GB SE on the AT&T go phone deal recently, but really want one with a white face (they only had space grey). I could buy this and get it unlocked for roughly what I paid for the AT&T version. Although, the unlock process for this model would be a little more involved and would take longer.
Virgin mobile uses the same inventory - they both came back in stock at the same time earlier today. Wasn't able to place a boost order earlier today but a virgin mobile one went through fine. Might be an option if anyone is unable to complete a boost order like me. I have yet to get an order confirmation from my virgin order but fingers crossed.
If you want to to unlock these phones do not boot them up with the sprint sim card in them. Use an IEMI checker (t mobile has an official one) using the IEMI on the box before booting the phone. If it's locked, I've heard success stories about unlock4less and plan on using that if my order successfully ships. Couple people in the last thread for these phones were reporting that the SE were showing as sim unlocked out of the box (until you put the sprint card in).
