I always buy my tires from DTD - but the past few have seemed incredibly underwhelming compared to sales of old. Very restricted selection of tires with prepaid card offers, out of stock on some at the very beginning of the sale (so never available), etc.
I need new tires for the wife's Q5...so I remain hopeful. But I'm tempering my expectations this time around.
regardless, thanks for the heads up!
But last time I needed SUV tires (Nitto 421Q), DTD was the best price hands down.
i only know they make a Michelin Defender in an LT now but it's expensive
Ultimately, it all depends on the base price of tires themselves. And when you spec one out on DTD, always call in a few local stores to see if they'll beat...or at least match with some freebies (discounted install, etc)

I completely agree with you. $100 off $400 is the way to go

Does this mean if my car has staggered setup (different tire width on front vs. rear), I will not be qualified for the rebate?

you will. I've done it before. as long as it's the same tire model.
