We value ALL long term clients! Please try our new OpenConnect VPN to obtain fastest speeds, We are constantly adding more servers to ensure the network is running fast. Also, PM me I'll see to it you get free shipping on the router.
By default TorGuard runs a shared VPN IP setup for highest levels of anonymity. Even though we constantly add new IP's, this means there are thousands of other TG users sharing an IP range at any given time. For this reason, some websites like Gmail, PayPal, Banking, (or SD), may limit certain shared IP's for account security reasons. For example, PayPal and your Online Bank will usually flag an account if a large number of different IP's are associated with a login as this looks suspicious to them.
The solution? Add a Dedicated VPN IP and use it strictly for things like personal banking, Gmail, or for logging into secure systems where you want to "whitelist" your IP address. When increased anonymity is required, simply switch back to one of our thousands of shared server IP's.
Consider a VPN router a second addition to your local wifi network that can connect unlimited devices to your VPN. Simply plug the VPN router into your existing wifi router and easily switch back and forth from your ISP wifi and VPN wifi as needed. You can also connect other devices like Roku, Playstation, or IOT devices - things that don't have native VPN support.
Be wary of any website that injects personal opinion and expects you to take it as fact.
Please contact our support and we will set you up with a dedicated IP to fix your problem.
Socks5 proxy and SSL Firefox/Chrome proxy access is included in the VPN plan.
Please contact me via PM, I would like to make this up to you.
TorGuard VPN service should allow you to use 100% of your available bandwidth capacity. Some factors like your distance from the VPN server, chosen encryption cipher, and VPN Tunnel type (OpenVPN or OpenConnect) can all impact your speed.
For fastest speeds on the desktop app, select OpenConnect from the tunnel type and choose a VPN server in a city closest to you.

I don't know about Kodi Pi but I do use TG with Kodi on my Amazon Fire TV box.

Can Torguard be easily installed on Firetv and used with Kodi? Or does it have to be installed to router?

Not sure if they have a client for that what is the os. I have had issues with the Android client. the Windows client works great. though would suggest putting it on a router. been using on router for 3 years with zero issues.
