-Got a call this morning from local #
-The girl at the other end said that she is TMo's rep. and ask me if I am happy with T-mobile One and service.
-After chit chat for couple of minutes, she said T-Mobile is running promotion starting tomorrow Friday 5/12 and that'll be BOGO Samsung Galaxy S8.
-Deal detail
Upgrade existing line and add a line on EIP (24 months)
No trade-in needed

Tax is due at check out
Rebate card will mail to you after 6-8 weeks.
-I told her that I will go to local store to get a deal but she said that if I place an order over the phone, I can save $25.00/ line for activation fee.
-She said she will call me back tomorrow to help me take advance of the deal.

Caveat emptor: For those who participated in T-Mobile's previous promo(s) that involves free line(s) and billing credits for the free line(s), be aware that there may be a clause that would force the loss of billing credit(s) for the free line(s). For example, in March 2017, there was a buy 2 lines, get 1 free promo for T-Mobile ONE plan. Under "How does the offer work?" it states: "If you cancel service on one of your lines within 12 months or migrate to another plan, you will lose the monthly bill credit for the free line." Note that the promo page on T-Mobile has been removed [t-mobile.com], therefore direct evidence is not available, but thankfully Slickdeals have a copy of it in the first link provided above.

Any lines added after free line(s) promo and then cancelled the same added lines should not lose their promo. See post #617. Do your own due diligence and get an official statement from T-Mobile in case you receive trouble down the road if they backtrack on their word, you have substance to indicate the opposite.
