This is a Memorial Day "Special Buy"... officially starts 5/25 and available while supplies last, but these have been out at my Home Depot for at least 2 days with the $199 sale price posted. The website listing shows MSRP and unavailable online and in-store but it LIES. These are probably on the floor now, definitely by tomorrow morning.

Stainless lid and heat box, porcelain coated cast iron grates, 15k BTU ceramic infrared side sear burner, rotisserie kit included. The rotisserie kit alone is worth $50. I was looking to retrofit my regular side burner with one of these sear burners, and the burner alone costs $70+. Heck... I might buy one of these just for parts!

Not an heirloom grill, but still a slick deal.

See the big blue button that says "See Deal"? It's called a hyperlink. You click it and it opens the Home Depot website directly to the product page. You have almost 5k posts and haven't figured that out yet?
I attached a graphical illustration that should help you locate said hyperlink. Move your mouse pointer over the button, and click with your left mouse button.

Joking aside, I will concede there seems to be a bug in the mobile app. The button is there on the desktop and mobile website, but not in the app. Other threads on these Home Depot Memorial Weekend deals share a similar fate. I'm guessing because the product isn't available for purchase (yet) on the link. In every other instance, on every single platform, posting the Deal URL in the post body is redundant and unnecessary. I guess I will submit a bug report for the mobile app laugh out loud
It looks like the model for sale exists only as a promotional model. The $400 regular price is made up.

The same 4 burner grill without the rotisserie with regular side burner instead of ceramic burner but with stainless grates instead of coated iron is $270 every day.

The 6-burner with rotisserie and ceramic side burner sells for $400 every day.

This might still be a good deal for folks, but calling it 50% off is dishonest. Compared to other Nexgrill models, I would say this is closer to a $300 grill.

Forgot to add, you get a free propane tank exchange with purchase (up to $20 value). So bring an empty tank (or buy a new empty for $29.99 and exchange for free).

Not sure why the thumbs down. A nearly identical grill [homedepot.com] has been offered in past Memorial Weekend sales, with thumbs up and good long-term reviews [homedepot.com].

Thumbs down probably has one thing to do with the fact there is no link and no model number, so there is no way to check this deal out nor buy it

Just as a heads up, my local HD had this on display last weekend. While it has nice features for the price but the metal is really think.. almost a step up from tin foil.

I would say it's on par with most other grills priced $400 and under.

Yeah, but it even felt thinner that other grills in the price range. But you get the other options. Still a 2-3 year grill.

The Aldi grill from last week looks nearly identical to the one you linked, but has 5 burners instead of 4. Also $199, and has a 2 year Aldi warranty. I just picked that one up, otherwise I would have jumped on this. I really want that sear burner. I like cooking sous vide. It would be awesome to take the steak out to sear it real quick instead of smoking up with the kitchen with my cast iron (or having to fire up and clean the entire grill) Smilie
