However it doesn't seem to be activating correctly. Using Google Play Pixel.

I have a sprint 6s and 5s, and 5s Verizon. I think im try the get out the red for pixel or iPhone too and to sprint for this promo. Any advice for me? I have tmobile already and can't add any more lines. The Verizon udp is under my dad.
My experience:
1) Bringing Google Pixel over from postpaid tmobile
2) Order process was smooth. Received my sim today.
3) Activation was smooth - went through all steps as outlined in email. I entered my T-mobile number and account number and PIN in the form to initiate the port. Things appeared to go fine. I received a confirmation email simply telling me to wait 10 minutes and enter my sim card.
4) Pixel tried to provision itself saying something about SprintDM "configuring your cellular network". However nothing happened.
5) My t-mobile sim is still working. When I call up Sprint, everyone is clueless saying they can't find my order, can't find my phone number, the port is "still in progress".
6) One agent gave me a number for the "port department" and they couldn't help me because they couldn't find my number yet in their system. So it appears the online system where I entered my Tmobile number account # and pin didn't work correctly.
7) So now I just have to wait and call order support tomorrow. The port department woman told me they have 24/7 online chat at https://www.sprint.com/myorder - however that is not showing up for me.
Guess I'll have fun on hold tomorrow!
has anyone successfully activated a phone on this yet?
If I switched anything I'd lose a really good tmobile 3 for 80, plus promo. But I might port a gudp Verizon. But I really want to try to get tmobile to do the get out the red first and hopefully trade a sprint 6s for a better phone.
