Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I had the same question and asked Sprint, making sure what I was asking was incredibly clear. They told me that I can indeed swap phones, but that I will have to activate the new one as opposed to just swapping sims and perhaps buy a new sim card if it's a different size. I currently have an iPhone 6 but am about to buy a used 7 to replace it, and I was told that doing so will be totally fine.
That just doesn't make sense to me. Why would they so clearly define the terms, and then just say "yeah it's totally fine" 3 days into the promo. Most the reps I reached out to yesterday had no idea about this plan until I brought it up. One put me on hold and forgot to mute the phone, she was asking the people around her about it. If I were you I would have said the terms to him/her, and see if she still sang that tune. In all honesty, not just to sound correct, did you bring that up? Did you say, "well the terms says I can't without losing the promo, are you 100% sure". Maybe then I would believe her. I would still record the call and ask her for her employee ID # just to be safe.

Really? I think you should bite your tongue, because when it clearly says you can't change devices the first xx amount of days, then I sure as hell wouldn't do it. Just because it worked, doesn't mean come bill time that you won't receive the full plan's bill price... I wouldn't trust some rep in the Philippines with it either, because likely, they're doing what you are and just seeing that it's letting them do it.

I wouldn't give Sprint ANY reason to screw me over. If it's in the fine print *not* to switch devices, then I'm going to stay put for 3-4 months on that phone. It's not the end of the world if that's the scenario. Use your nice iPhone off your other phone's hotspot if it's that big of a deal for you.
"No device upgrade allowed during first 120 days" I see your point bro, but the term upgrade is different than swap the device. A phone upgrade just means you are getting a newer/better phone by agreeing to lengthen your current contract or paying extra payments toward that device. Swapping the device meaning changing the sim card or replacing your current phone without the carrier's involvements. No contracts no payments no plan changes nothing evolves. And more importantly sprints reps said that I can swap the devices but cannot upgrade. Period.

Yes. I had an inactive refurb from Project Fi, which just needed its ownership flag changed. Thanks to LiterallyUnlimited for doing that!

Note: I'm porting a number from H20 wireless, but the phone was from Project Fi.

Alright, I can see it from that point of view. For me, I'm just going to buy a new G5 plus to port with. If after a month people are saying things are peachy after they did it, and the bill never changed, then I'll try it out too. That's if I don't enjoy the plus. It wasn't bad at all when I played with it at BB.

Are they making anyone else go to a store and show two forms of ID? I could not get an answer from them as to why, just said that's what the system shows is required. One of the credit bureaus put a fraud alert on my report, that's my best guess. I have good credit.

Idk if this will help some who aren't passing the phone eligibility... But my Pixel on MintSim wasn't passing. Just to see something, I put my old sim card in, which was on sprint based networks. Tello being the last one. On the phone, it showed the Tello number and I was able to get data to work at 2g speeds. I come to find on the Tello website my account and number is still active, but no active plan. It was deactivated prior to MintSim.

I plan to email Tello and tell them to completely deactivate the account and see if that'll make me pass.

Do you still have Tello "Pay as you go" credit/balance?
That would keep that line/account active.

This may sound dumb but with no active plan does it give option to change device. If so you could change to another sprint esn which would release Pixel.

Well it's good you were able to take advantage. It's like the other promos says can't combine with other offers but they don't enforce it, e.g credit union promo. I have to see if I get $100 port in promo in a couple weeks.
