Did got that email. but no activation code there. Chatted with the customer care. I am told that account number and pin will only be provided once the line is ported and activated on sprint. not sure though

I ported out from Republic Wireless without any issues. Sped it up by calling the port in helpline from the Sprint port status webpage.

So the monthly fees are:

$1.99 admin fee + state/local taxes

Guess for me, it's around $3.97 + $1.99 = $5.96/mo

I'm just making a guess on the state/local taxes based off my T-mobile taxes.

However someone in the middle of all these comment said that the SIM for this promo is different than the BYOD sim, so I dont know how true it is but you are on your own if that's true.

If people cant do their own research to decide whether a deal is advantage or disadvantage to them and act accordingly, who false is it? Everyone who can take advantage of this deal is probably adult, so I am not sure why you are concern about how they come to their decision.

For those that already ported what does it say when you log in under monthly cost? Mine says 65. I know that is the price without autopay at the end of the free year but are you all seeing the same thing or did something go screwy with mine?

Thanks for the reply. My friend called the toll-free number took over 3 hours from signup to finally ported. It would be much easier to do it online for the credit check, account setup, activation and port-in.
