Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Getting extremely slow LTE speeds with my Google Pixel even in areas with great coverage. After going through some troubleshooting steps, the issue is still not fixed.
What kind of speeds with how many bars and what troubleshooting steps?

Interesting that it says my iPad Pro is eligible. Has anyone been able to complete this with a cellular tablet?

Pure talk offers a free month and $3 SIM card.
Were you able to successfully port over from Pure Talk for this offer? I was looking at H2O Wireless. They offer free SIMs with a $10 Pay As You Go plan with no activation fees.

4-5 bars signal strength. LTE speeds under 1 Mbps. Tried updating PRL, resetting carrier settings. They also sent some updates from their side. Still not getting any speed improvements.

Anyone able to enable to enable Wi-Fi calling on iPhone 6s? Neither online support nor service store can tell me the reason why not.
You might need to set a 911 address

Yes it was ineligible and now eligible. Just submitted order for the SIM. Device being removed from Fi was how Fi support worded it in their response to me.

I assume they did what I expected which was to release the device back to Sprint by changing the ownership flag in Sprint database from PLBL (private label / mvno) back to SPCS (Sprint). If it was used on a Sprint MVNO it is locked out of Sprint postpaid until the ownership is switched back to Sprint in their system.
Thank you for your reply. I called Project Fi support and they dont seem to know anything about removing the device from Fi. I will try contacting Sprint next.

yes because your esn is currently active in the Sprint system as ting is a Sprint mvno. what you could to is find a dummy esn and tell ting to release your iPhone esn and replace it with the dummy one
Thanks for your reply. By "esn", do you mean "IMEI" or "MEID"?

How do I find a dummy esn? Also, if I ask Ting to release my iphone's esn and replace it with the dummy esn, will I lose the Ting phone number? I want to keep the same phone number and port it in for this Sprint deal and use my IPhone 6s. Is that possible? Thanks again.

So, I'm trying to help a friend. He has iPhone SE from ATT. It comes up as ineligible.

I then thought I'd let him use my old phone (Moto X Pure), but that's coming up as ineligible too. I'm guessing it's because the phone was used on RingPlus in the past. Anyone know any fix for this situation? I have Sprint sims, so I'm guessing that we could call their telesales dept to bypass this, but I don't know for sure.

I just added 2 more lines by calling. Ported 1 line from Freedompop and 1 line from RingTo. Still waiting for the transfer.

VZW phones are unlocked because that was part of the deal with the FCC when they were purchasing bandwidth(if memory serves correctly) or the were sued because the phones were locked during the payment plan.

My process for this deal was, I went to best buy and bought a sprint network sim card. Just ask the mobile dept reps, you want to purchase a sim card only for sprints network. Cost is $5

Then call the 866 number listed in the thread, mention this deal and how you are a verizon customer and you want to switch. Make sure you have your VZW account number and they will do everything for you over the phone. Took 35 minutes for me.
Did they ask you for your phone's IMEI number?
