Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Has anyone successfully done this deal with virgin mobile iPhone 5s? I know it's not on the eligible list but wondering if anyone has done it successfully or know if and how it can be done.
Hey, I tried to activate a Boost iPhone 5 and learned that you can not activate a Boost phone on Sprint.... I find that very odd as we have had this phone activated on Freedompop, Ringplus, Ting and Tello, all on the Sprint network.. But that being said it doesn't surprise me I know well that Sprint is hard to deal with on phone hardware like things. When we buy a phone to work on Sprint it will not be a "Sprint" phone but rather an unlocked iPhone for another provider.

Everyone says telesales are idiots, but i have to say i had to call in twice and both experiences were good. Each time the agent did what they were supposed to do well.
I agree, but lot of people got signed for the wrong plan. I would only call if I cannot do it online.

The fact is probably 90 percent of people got through with a hitch and will not come back and pos. But people who got screw will post repeatedly and complain, that why it look like everyone screwed but in fact I think majority people is not having any problem.

I activated mine online. But make sure you have the account number and pin from your previous carrier. Don't call these idiots. They will sign you up for wrong plan. Use sprint.com/activatenow

Do you plug in the Sim Cards before or after the port is done? and do you have to do anything after plug in the sim card? Restart phone, update PRL update profile etc...?

Just trying to get most of the steps before talking to my parents, they are technology dumb lol
Thanks

The whole point of this deal is to make people switch from other carriers to Sprint, Bringing a Sprint band phone to Sprint is kind of defeating the purpose don't you think??

That's besides the point, i already have lines setup that were ported from other carriers. From what I've read its impossible to activate directly with Sprint a Boost phone that operates on the Sprint network.

So once you get the SIM cards, go to sprint.com/activatenow. Once you enter the email, phone numbers and the date of birth it will take you to the next page where you will enter the SIM numbers and I think in the next page you enter the account numbers and PIN. Once the SIM are activated, you will remove the old sim and put in the new sim. PM me if you have any issues.

Sorry I'm sure this has been asked, but my wife and I are both on verizon but with old LG G2s which aren't on the eligible device list.

If I get us both new unlocked phones from say amazon, do I need to activate them on verizon first before I can switch them over, or do I just need the imei and current phone number?

Also, do I have to order the sim cards with the online link, or will the dipsticks in the sprint store sell me sims? (not sure if its worth even trying with the clowns at my closes store)
