Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Just signed up the sprint plan and the iphone 6s is up and running on the sprint now. However, it only shows 3G. Is there some kind of carrier setting or something that I need to do to get 4G?
Wait 24 hours and it would be there.... some said porting completes hundred percent then it comes...some says it gets updated settings by that time

I had a Moto G4 Plus on T Mobile Prepaid and started a port on Wednesday night via online. The port completed Thursday morning and I've pretty much had no issues so far. Service at work in Anaheim, CA 92805 (speedtest app came back with 40 mbps down and 10 mbps up) and at home in Irvine, CA 92618 has actually been pretty good and comparable to T-Mobile if not better. Time will tell if the quality holds up. Overall, I'm pretty happy especially since it's "free"

There is no way to add additional line(s) online if you already have the free plan account opened.
How we add new line if we already have 4 lines. I want to add one more line. Also does the Samsung s8 unlocked one work?

Cannot be done online ...call or chat with agent.... simply do eligibility check for that gs7 alongwith anothrr number on 1yearfree page and take screenshot for future records and if eligible do it..

Got my sim card in today. Gonna wait until the 30th to activate. Hopefully the S8 I just ordered from that other samsung deal will arrive by then.

Of my 3 lines, i was told the Freedompop ports would complete Sunday at midnight. Today i phoned the porting dept. and she pushed both through. One was a g4 play and that received LTE no problem. The other was a second nexus 6 which is only getting 3g signal (even after doing all the checks and carrier resets). As others have mentioned , i will just wait and hope it completes tomorrow. My original port was also to a nexus 6 that came from H2O. It received LTE signal without a hitch. Go figure.

Has anyone got the unlocked (T-mobile) Nexus 5 D820 onto Sprint? I'm tired of trying and need someone to let me know if they have had success.
