Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm trying to port out a freedom pop number and I even changed the pin to the phone and the account number is the same as the phone number correct? However I'm getting a sprint error, saying to contact them because something is wrong. I do have a red line going across and also the phone number is red on freedompop. Could this have something to do? Any advice would be great.
Do you have the free FP with global sim?
Do you know if you accout is in subpension?
Do you have an active card on your accout?

Sprint SIM are tied to IMEI, you can't switch a sim from one phone to another like AT&T & T-mobile. You will have to contact sprint to swap phones. if you put a SIM to another sprint phone you will get a locked sim message in a few min's and it will show as invalid sim

I need to sign up through the phone since the online thing cannot bypass the sim purchase step and I have sprint sim. Question is, do I need to mention any of the promo offers such as AAdvantage or credit union/referral? Seems like they can just retrospectively trace if I opened a new line with sprint, and do not need to use any specific link to do it. Did I understand it correctly? Thanks.

THIS. Another option is to go into att store and add a prepaid account go account (they dont check imei or anything), the minimum you can add is 10.00, which you will also have to pay taxes. Ask for the 2.00 day plan, then port away.

I think the TMOBILE option is better but I had an att store close to me so I went this route.
How long does it take to begin an ATT prepaid account and get the info needed to port to Sprint?

You can swap in any sprint phone anytime. Make use of this threads search box.

By all means give it a try. Phone number is in the wiki
I can't use the same H2O sim card I used before apparently. $7 for expedited shipping on Amazon to get another before 6/30. Any other cheap and fast way to get my inactive Nexus 6 on a competitor carrier to switch to Sprint and get another line on this promo?

I am attempting to activate an unlocked Iphone 6 plus that belonged to another family member who got another phone. It previously was on Verizon and had a Verizon SIM in it. I have a Republic Wireless phone and phone number that is several years old. The IMEI on the Iphone 6 plus coupled with the Republic Wireless phone number passed the online check. I ordered the SIM online and received it the next day.

I performed the online activation which took less than 10 minutes and I received the congratulation message that my account number was created and I was provided a 6-digit pin. The congratulations message indicated I was on the unlimited bring your phone plan for $5 per month and that I would get a $5 credit for autopay and the $30 activation fee credit within 2 invoices. The message indicated the SIM should activate in 10 minutes.

I also received 2 emails. The first message was the same congratulations message that was returned online when I activated and included an activation code to be used as a security question in case I forgot my PIN. The second email was a welcome to Sprint ebill message advising my ebill enrollment was successful and provided the last 4 digits of my Sprint ebill account.

When I power the phone up with the new SIM, I get 5 bubbles of cellular service quickly dropping to 2 and then a message appears indicating " Waiting for Activation this may take some time"...then the cellular strength changes to No Service several seconds later. It has now been 3 hours and the same thing continues to show.

I have WIFI connection and my IOS software is current at 10.3.2 after I updated it. My carrier in settings is identified as Sprint 28.2. I have never had a Sprint account and don't know how to log in to check my account status as I was never asked to setup a username/password. When I select "I forgot my username", I am prompted to enter either my email address of phone number...but when I enter either of those I get a message indicating "We can't find a username for the email or phone number you entered."

I am hesitant to call customer services just yet given the problems others have had with being signed up for the wrong service. The phone number on my Republic Wireless phone is still active. Should I continue to wait for 24 or more hours?
