Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I'm not a fan of Sprint's coverage (outside sales in N. California), but at my home, it's strong. If I got a phone that has hot spot capability, would this be a good way to run my laptop? Comcast has me on a plan at $70., but I don't use/need much internet and mostly emails, a bit of FB, and a few youtubes. Would the data offered with this Sprint plan be enough? I'm guessing that running the hotspot off the phone would make it too hot? Anyone use their mobile data devices? Suggestions welcome. Thanks
It only includes 10 gig per month of hotspot use. So check your Comcast usage to see if that is enough.

Oh, gosh. I searched over ten pages and did not see any information about swapping devices. Anyone has any idea about when I can swap devices? I am pretty sure I will use a new device to be on this plan, like Moto G4 play.

I don't think there are time constraints. Probably not until after you get a SIM and set up the account, though.

I have a MOTO G4 Play that was on Ringplus but cannot get it to activate.
Could provide the steps you did ?
Sure -- my Moto G4 Play activated fine with voice and data, but data was only 3G (no LTE). I followed these steps (copied from another SD post):

1) Install "Change APN" app from Google store
2) Open ChangeAPN and click the "option" ( the 3 vertical dots) in the upper right hand corners.
3) click "reset to default"
4) exit the app
5) perform carrier reset (note: need to use the *#*#72786#*#* as noted by someone previously)
6) after the phone rebooted, perform PRL/Device config update.

Unfortunately I can't get this to work for my Moto G4 (not play) because the 3 vertical dots don't appear in the APN settings via the Change APN app.

Hey, does anyone know if Canada is included like the regular postpaid? Travel to Canada every few months, so having data there would be awesome. Thanks!

of course I failed the credit check online. When I call in, is it best to already have the sims or will they still ship out the sims?

I've done this. Transferred 2 accounts from Verizon. Since there's still 5 days for you to take advantage of the offer I wanted to post what I've learned.

1) online only? I did one account online only another by calling the number in the post. It's WAY easier online. You can activate your phones online if you do this online in the first place which is a LOT less time consuming. Make sure you know your old carrier account number and billing pin.

2) SIM cards. They charge ~$10 for shipping and ~$2 per SIM card. I tried to get SIM cards at a sprint store - waste of time they don't have the right cards - special serial numbers for the cards in this promotion can only be got online.

3) the bill. My first month's bill was $6 and change for each account (I have two accounts). So seems legit - no hidden costs yet.

4) wifi calling. You will be able to turn this feature on about 5 days after you switch. Won't work immediately.

5) VOLTE - sprint has no voice over lte so if you need this feature this offer is not for you. (you cannot use the Internet during a call on Sprint)

6) coverage. I live in 80111 my coverage here is better with sprint than it was with Verizon. I think it's an exemption not a rule. But so far it's worked well enough all over town (Denver) no dropped calls yet. Internet speeds 10-30mbps.

I activated a line 3 days ago. Considering to get another line. What is the best way to do it?

Option 1: Add a line to the existing sprint account
Option 2: Create a separate/new account

What's the deadline for each option? Is it June 30 for both options?

They will ship, but it's easier if you can have a sim ready for when you call. I grabbed one from Best Buy for $5.

Edit: never mind. Other posters have said it comes in email after activation.

Wow sprint really screwed me when I was trying to add another line to this deal. The csr lied to me. She ported out our second phone to a "temporary" sim. Now our phone is dead and we are waiting on sprint to deliver the SIM card. These sprint people are filled with unscrupulous employees. They are obviously circling the toilet.

which number did you call?

How come I asked BB and they said they don't carry SIMs for Sprint? Is every BB different? I even went to the Sprint store and they didn't carry the right SIM (SIMGLW416Q)...they only carried SIMOLW506TC

Also what SIM did you get (in reference to the sim model version...not size (i know its nano)?
