Could provide the steps you did ?
1) Install "Change APN" app from Google store
2) Open ChangeAPN and click the "option" ( the 3 vertical dots) in the upper right hand corners.
3) click "reset to default"
4) exit the app
5) perform carrier reset (note: need to use the *#*#72786#*#* as noted by someone previously)
6) after the phone rebooted, perform PRL/Device config update.
Unfortunately I can't get this to work for my Moto G4 (not play) because the 3 vertical dots don't appear in the APN settings via the Change APN app.

1) online only? I did one account online only another by calling the number in the post. It's WAY easier online. You can activate your phones online if you do this online in the first place which is a LOT less time consuming. Make sure you know your old carrier account number and billing pin.
2) SIM cards. They charge ~$10 for shipping and ~$2 per SIM card. I tried to get SIM cards at a sprint store - waste of time they don't have the right cards - special serial numbers for the cards in this promotion can only be got online.
3) the bill. My first month's bill was $6 and change for each account (I have two accounts). So seems legit - no hidden costs yet.
4) wifi calling. You will be able to turn this feature on about 5 days after you switch. Won't work immediately.
5) VOLTE - sprint has no voice over lte so if you need this feature this offer is not for you. (you cannot use the Internet during a call on Sprint)
6) coverage. I live in 80111 my coverage here is better with sprint than it was with Verizon. I think it's an exemption not a rule. But so far it's worked well enough all over town (Denver) no dropped calls yet. Internet speeds 10-30mbps.
its best to have it but they can always ship it too.
Option 1: Add a line to the existing sprint account
Option 2: Create a separate/new account
What's the deadline for each option? Is it June 30 for both options?
Edit: never mind. Other posters have said it comes in email after activation.
no pin until activation is complete
which number did you call?
