Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I asked this a while back but didn't get an answer, please help if you can...

Wife and son are overseas and have their phones with them. They are both on some 3rd party (possibly cricket) plan.

Can I move their phones to TMO, then onto Sprint to take part of this plan without having the phones physically with me?
yes you can do it... why to move to TMO... i think cricket (att) will also work directly to port in

Why move to TMO? If they already on cricket...that should qualify....just make sure they aren't already on Sprint network....and yes you should be able to do it without having their phones physically with you.

I just went to a store and picked up a sim. You just need to tell them to give you the sim for BYOD offer.

Hi, not OP:

Someone correct me if I am wrong, but isnt the SIMOLW506TC a universal sim and might work in any previously unlocked phone (purchased unlocked like the MOTO G4 Play). Right? According to ting, if you do not use that sim, then the 416Q only works on the following devices:
HTC Bolt
LG X Power
LG V20
LG Tribute HD
Samsung Galaxy S8

No sprint near me has the SIMGLW416Q sim either but Best Buy did accidentally sell me this sim when I really wanted one for the moto g4 play (SIMGLW236C). Unfortunately I took it back on Saturday for a refund.

That said, one of my local sprint stores had the SIMOLW506TC sim one but would not sell it to me unless I set up the account with them to get the commision. My other sprint store did not have any sims for android phones, but were giving the iphone sims out free. lol
The SIM I bought from Best Buy had Boost Mobile Virgin Mobile on it along with For use with Sprint network only

They are asking for an account number for my H2O wireless number. What did you guys do? H2O goes by your wireless number as the account number.

Do you work for Ting? Could you please let us know if deleting a device from Ting account really remove the MVNO flag on the device or does it remove any other flag? Thanks.
Deleting the phone from the Ting account does not automatically remove the MVNO flag. We have a job that removes them every so often (can't remember the frequency), but it's not automatic and some devices can slip through the cracks for one reason or another.

I do work for Ting. I can remove the MNVO flag for any inactive BYOD MNVO phone (Ting, Tello, Fi, FreedomPop), but I can only do this to phones that are otherwise eligible. People are messaging me with Boost Mobile phones, and the process fails for obvious reasons.

Sprint store said no sim for sale but the girl at Best Buy gave me three for free!

Spent a little over an hour on phone with Sprint, went pretty smooth but seemed much slower than needed to be. I may have failed the website credit check because I was a Sprint customer maybe 4 years ago, had to remember the answer to my secret question I had set up probably 11 years ago.

Seriously how could you be so sure .Do You work for sprint have you done this plan before if not just skip my comment. I'm glad you're so trusting in a company who has a horrible reputation. You know what I don't understand why people comment on here when they have nothing to contribute.

hey, just wondering, does a phone need this flag changed if all we want to do is swap it with another device already active on Sprint? Will this flag get changed automatically? If so, then I dont need to bother you anymore. hug
