Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I don't know why it says unpaid balance from Ting BYOD checker. I think that is not the same as failed FED due to subsidized device as you mentioned earlier because you said the device is paid in full; it could be other reasons such as outstanding balance (unpaid bills) from a wireless provider, etc. You can either order a GSX report (someone says it's $0.99 on eBay) to make sure it has a clean bill of health and no unpaid bills (outstanding balance) from a wireless provider or contact LiterallyUnlimited to look at your IMEI. He works for Ting and can look into your IMEI for more info. Keep us posted what happened.
Ordered GSX report from eBay. Don't know what everthing means.

Thanks for the tip. I was able to add the Sprint APN but still only getting 3G. LTE is spotty in my house, so I'll try it out at better locations tomorrow. If that doesn't work someone else suggested going into recovery mode, wiping the cache, then resetting the phone (to force a restore of possibly corrupted PRL file). A little drastic but no LTE is really bugging me!
Hopefully it will work for you. I had the same issue when I used this phone on RingPlus, it was solved by keeping resetting, swapping devices an SIM cards. However, I got 3G only issue again after I switch to T-Mobile on this phone for a while. After reading your post I think it might be APN issue and the trick works! No LTE is a very big issue because Sprint 3G is slow and the coverage is terrible.

Because Sprint is actually good in some areas. Similar to Verizon in my area.
Really? I don't believe that!

Second line according to the fine print can be add anytime until july 2018
Thank you for pointing this out! My wife has a new Moto G5 Plus on Straight Talk and that is eligible but I am waiting for my backordered Samsung S8 Unlocked from Samsung.com so I wasn't going to do this deal because I didn't think I could get us both signed up, but now I know as long as I get my wife on this deal I will be able to add my line or any new line and still get the promotion until 7/31/18, I copied this from the "Switch to Sprint" promo page from up above:

Add a Line: Add a line at any time up to the max. number of lines & get promotional pricing until 7/31/2018. Add a Line: Add a line at any time with port-in from postpaid carrier and Bring Your Own Eligible Phone up to the max. number of lines & get promotional pricing until 7/31/2018.

I am sure this was already talked about as well and maybe somewhere on the first page of this thread, but I didn't take the time to read it.

Thanks!

Thankfully they manually credited my account yesterday. I have three lines so I'm thinking I'll port two to Sprint and keep the one on Tmobile to eat up the $600 in credits.

Hehe, well basically it all depends on your area and where else you go. I have signal everywhere even though in some it may not be crazy fast but it works for my needs.

I don't live in BFE and they suck so bad I can't even go indoors or down a river. Whereas, Verizon (total wireless) does!

Just ported from Ultra to Sprint. The sprint reps are iditos. I was on a call for like an hour with a rep and she kept saying that she is getting error saying my ultra number is inactive. she had entered my address wrong even after multiple repeats. Got irritated, disconnected and called again. the next guy was helpful. clarified all the details and gave me the order number in 10 mins. Now I have the order number so how to I login to my sprint account? should I create a new profile?

How long does it take it take for port? I still have the network on my ultra sim.

Ordered a SIM online. I needed two SIMs but couldn't figure out how to do it so with time running out I just ordered one. Hopefully, I can setup my account and bring over the other line later (past 6-30).

Some folks like me prepaid 1 year for Mint Sim. Are they forfeiting the rest of the prepaid or can we get refund for it?
