Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I was able to use my old login and "add the new account". Go to My Preferences, Click on one of the "I Want to" links - it opens up a dialog box, under "My account Info", you should be able to add a new account - use the billing account number.

Hope this helps
I dont have my account number.

Can I go to "My devices" and enter my phone number to add the device to my account? Or would that grab the devices from my new account and put them on the old, with a different account number, and maybe screw up the deal?

What did you use as an account number? Or do you need to just give Sprint the AT&T phone number and the pin?
ATT go phone account number is NOT the phone number, you need to call ATT and ask them for account number

Called into the direct line for this promo with my own sim, activated and got on the right plan in about 25 min. No TEP was pushed. Ported from cricket, port took less than 10 min. I did this around 10pCST too.

Adding using phone number will not work as it will try to add a device to your existing account and will fail as it is not on the same account. You can always get your account number by calling Sprint. Alternatively, you can sign up using a different username, find out your account number, go to the same place I mentioned, remove this account from your online profile, then log back into sprint using your old login and add the account number. This is infact exactly what I did.

Why is it telling me my iPhone 6 - an unlocked AT$T phone - is eligible? It's a GSM only phone, unless I'm missing something.

iPhone 6 and 6s have capabilities for any carrier, the 7 does not unless you have the Verizon or sim free model.

Just signed up for 5 lines. Coming from Verizon postpaid.
Had 4 old Sprint iPhone 5S's, they said eligible.
Purchased 1 Moto G4 Play from Target for $149.

Paid to have SIM's shipped. Order page showed $0.00 for all 5 lines. Based on previous taxes and fees from old Framily plan a few years ago, I am asking this to be about $7 - $10 per line.

Verizon has a smidgen better coverage than Sprint, but we never had issues the 3 years that we had them before.

Loving that it's free!!!!!

Hey awesome people, so my TeleRep whom I ordered SIM from , made mistake and made me Sprint account, so my second TeleRep when activating SIM had to put me on temporary Plan of 45$/Month @ 2GB Data. Anyways, so they did correct the problem and put me on correct 5$ Plan of Unlimited - Bring Your Phone promo plan but bill has been generated for 45$ish (with taxes, etc.) (It is due payment via Autopay on 7/15) I asked Tech support they said they will give 35$ in next bill, any idea when will next bill be or should I continue asking some other Rep to see if they apply credits to current bill or something?
Or move due date later or change bill cycle or something? Any suggestions or opinion will be really helpful, Thanks alot :-)

You : My telerep put me in a temorparry plan of 45$/Month for 1 day
You : before supervisor moved me to correct plan
You : But now the problem is, Sprint made me a bill of 45$ when I was only 1 day on that plan :-( and didn't even use it much
You : Confirmation no.: 2864611783
Skye C. : Thank you for waiting.
Skye C. : It shows here that this has been corrected already and it shows here that your will receive $35.97 credit on your next bill.
Skye C. : That means that you will have lesser bill on your next invoice because of the credit applied on your account.
You : Can't Sprint do something for bill, I don't want credit, maybe just deduct my current bill?
You : Not possible?
Skye C. : I apologize but we don't have the option to do so. It should be applied to your next bill. But if you want, you can leave your current bill unpaid and wait until the credit is applied on your next bill.
You : Will it affect my credit score or something?
You : I am sorry Skye
You : I never used Postpaid before
You : Only used Prepaid, I don't know how this works
You : So you mean like when July bill comes, it will deduct 35$ from Credits
Skye C. : I understand your point. I hope you understand that with postpaid account we are still being charged month in advance specially when we purchase or add a line or change the plan in the middle of the bill cycle. And for your case, it shows here that the credit will be applied on your next bill. And we cannot assure your that it will not affect your credit score.
Skye C. : It would be best to pay the current bill and then your next bill you will expect that it is lesser.
You : Thanks Skye
You : Have a nice day :-)
Skye C. : You are most welcome!
Skye C. : Take care and have a great day!

It is probably the activation fee that is credited back in the next month or so.
