Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Has anyone been able to swap initial BYOD for a different phone online? Can't seem to activate a Moto G5
Their website is very glitchy. I'm on paid plan and have never successfully swapped anything on my own. Always get error message to contact customer care to complete transaction.

A few people have. Have you created a Sprint profile online? if you have, you can swap it online. Else, you have to call or chat with Sprint rep to swap. Note that the IMEI and SIM ICCID must be paired correctly online or via Sprint rep before it can be activated. You cannot just put the SIM into any compatible device and hope will activate before they are paired correctly online or via Sprint rep.

Hopefully it will work for you. I had the same issue when I used this phone on RingPlus, it was solved by keeping resetting, swapping devices an SIM cards. However, I got 3G only issue again after I switch to T-Mobile on this phone for a while. After reading your post I think it might be APN issue and the trick works! No LTE is a very big issue because Sprint 3G is slow and the coverage is terrible.
Yes -- your suggestion fixed the LTE on my wife's Moto G4. Many thanks!

Was able to activate a Moto G5 plus with no problem at all. I called and used a telesales rep for all my 5 lines.
My Moto g5 plus also went smooth

Very helpful. I got 1 number from T-mobile pay as you go as well, and today I got a phone call from someone looking for someone. Mine is just a dummy phone to get my 5th line. Will try your suggestion.

Regret signing-up. Speeds in Bay area went from 30-55mbps on Verizon (unlimited) to 2-7 mbps on Sprint. Just garbage, can't even do hangouts etc.

This is odd. I asked the guys who I'm going to buy the Nexus 6p from to give me the IMEI number. I entered this IMEI, and my phone number that I'm going to port over. The website returned with: "Ineligible, this phone does not qualify for this offer"

Nexus 6p is never locked. I'm so confused. I'm going to stop by Sprint store and buy a sim card tonight. So what should I do? I'm supposed to meet him tomorrow

Its not the IMEI--it could be the phone number you put in.

For example same IMEI, I put my Verizon in for my S8+ and it said does not qualify. I put my google voice number in and it worked.

Are you sure the number you are trying to port is not from Sprint MVNO?

Surprisingly on the S8 on a speedtest with the Sim Card I am getting Lte+ Speeds of 50mbps which is decent and faster then my normal Verizon.

I am sure if I went over to the mountains it would be different but for free I can't complain.

Asking coz I tried and it gave me an error message that this offer is for new users. Thanks in advance!
