Thanks... so, if there are 2 lines, the total cost (i.e. fees + tax) for the 2 lines together should be exactly the same if you put 2 lines in the same account or if you put them in 2 separate accounts?

Option 1: 2 lines in the same account
Cost: A = ($1.99 + $0.40) x 2 + tax

Option 2: 2 accounts, 1 line per account
Cost: B = $1.99 + $0.40 + tax
Cost: C = $1.99 + $0.40 + tax

So, A = B + C

correct?
Sounds right.

Yep read my post #4281 above.

I thought Sprint stores used a booster thing to give faster/better speed/signal in store, it is 2 blocks away that you realize your data speed is a pink of 65ms and 2.36 Mbps down on a Sunday (slower during commutes).

For those that asked, here is how you change your number. FYI, you'll have to and is advised to wait until your billing and whatnot show up properly online. https://www.sprint.com/content/sp...t-com.html

For those that recommended being careful about changing the number ending a promo. I was on super high alert throughout the instruction and during the entire process looking for anything that even hinted at that possibility. No verbage whatsoever and my billing all still looks good with the right plan. So I "think" I'm good.

Anybody having issues getting the XT1607 Moto G4 Play to work? I am getting the message that it will not work, but it definitely should.
It should work. Are you plugging in the imei with a NON sprint or sprint mvno phone number?

My brand new SIM card from Apple Store is copyright 2011 but only has 19 digits + F.
They are stumped after trying different combos of 19 or 20 digits, any ideas?

Their system needs 20 digits ICC ID to work. Thanks in advance!

They do. Most Sprint corporate stores have small cells installed that use the internet connection as the backhaul for enhanced customer experience Big Grin

I can confirm using a Google Voice number does indeed work.
I set up a voicemail pin and then unlocked the number for 3$ from Google.

The website kept saying to wait 10 minutes to activate the sim card and I waited impatiently for a couple of hours and nothing happened. Talked to a CSR and they said it would take 48-72 hours, but it only took a little over 24 hours for my number to port over.

Still not sure how much my monthly bill will be, but this "free" year of service is a nice touch for my new S8+

Yes, Sprint called it Sprint Global Roaming, but not 100% free. See below:

Hello, When porting from Google voice, what did u use for Account number?
Account number is the Google voice number. Set up your voicemail pin, and that will be the pin to give them. Don't forget the $3 to unlock the number.

I am using a Net10 T-Mobile phone number from a BYOD kit. Just did a speedtest and it says T-Mobile.

Same thing downtown. Outside the Houston Center I'm 1-2mbps and then two blocks over it'll be 15mbps. Good luck. I'm using a 6s and and SE.
