Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Trying to add 4th line by calling , having hard time. Cust rep, tele sales are saying they cant add this promotion I have to go somewhere else and getting transferred. They say their system is not allowing to do this promotion . Last week I did not have this issue.
Anyone faced this issue ?
They are suggesting to add a line online. Anyone did it ?
Are they making it harder to add lines ?

My experience porting from Tello.

No luck via Tello-Sprint said ineligible
1) LiterallyUnlimited (on Reddit) told me that my phone was not eligible from Tello

SIMS from Apple
2) Went to Apple Store to get free T-mobile sim and free Sprint/Boost/Virgin sim. Had some trouble as new person didn't know they gave out sims, had to tell him and she found someone else. This took about a half hour.

Tmobile $3 plan port-about 55 min call (called 800-866-2453)
3) Called Tmobile prepaid and ported to $3 a month prepaid. This was relatively painless if slow. They said it would take 24 hours to port but within 15 minutes, got welcome texts from them. Did not give them a credit card.

4) PM'ed LiterallyUnlimited on Reddit who changed the flag on my device to be eligible for Sprint. THANKS!

Sprint port--about an hour phone call (Called 866-782-8777)
4) About 3 hours later called sprint to start the second port. Could barely hear the rep. Finally she transferred me to credit verification dept who I could hear fine. Came back to the rep after credit check and she wanted to finish up but we got disconnected. Thankfully this was after I set up pin so I called back and new rep found my account. I could hear the new rep much better and she finished. They only activate at the end so all the steps have to be done first, including giving credit card for billing. She said at one point that the free plan did not show up on my account but her supervisor told her to refresh her screen and that seemed to work. She told me I would get service in about 15 minutes.

Sprint Port problems (Called 888-876-8381)
5. An hour later still no service. Called the sprint port number and they said the Tmobile pin was wrong. I had given Tmobile last 4 digits of phone number but apparently that was no good and who knows what number the Tmobile rep put in? Luckily the sprint rep called Tmobile and they gave me a one time text with temp passcode. I had to find the Tmobile sim to swap back in to get the passcode. I gave that passcode to Sprint port rep and he ported me over. Waited 15 minutes and I have service.

Getting 3G inside house. Will try outside later to see if better speed.

Anyone got the direct phone number to Sprint escalation department? Someone freaking changed all my lines to Unlimited Freedom without my consent. I been on the phone for hours being transferred and disconnected along the way over 10 times. Nobody knows who changed and how to fix it. My case was supposedly escalated and "definitely we assure you will get a phone call in 1-2 days" and did not. I call again and they say the same BS, "I escalated your request, you will get a call in 3-5 days" WTH? I am so frustrated and pissed off. If they don't fix it, I will cancel my lines on this account and the 5 lines on my main account.

I'm so glad you were able to get it working! Thanks for being patient while I sort through the dozens of requests, too.

For anyone else who wants me to help with an inactive phone with the MVNO flag, please PLEASE message me on Reddit. I still can't reply here more than twice within 6 hours.

I went by my local Apple store and picked up to SIM cards for my iPhones. I am not sure how to proceed. When I go to Sprint it want to to check my phone eligibility, which is valid, but then wants me to pay for the SIM card which I already have. Not sure how to proceed.

Steps followed for FreedomPop with nexus 6 which was previously on RP

1) Had used my nexus 6 previously on ringplus, so it did not pass the eligibility test. The MVNO flag had to be reset.
2) 06/23 Went to sprint community and sent PM to Sprint representative who had helped someone with similar kind of problem. I shared my IMEI and he created a 'click it ticket'
3) In the meanwhile called freedompop support and got the account and PIN number to be used during port
4) 06/26 afternoon checked the eligibility of the phone and it passed. Ordered the SIM, didnt face any issue with credit check.
5) 06/27 afternoon got the SIM and activated it. The activation went smooth, got the confirmation email which says the phone should be active in the next 10 mins.
6) Waited till 6 pm and saw that the port was not complete. As suggested by SDers here contacted the number in the wiki for porting.
7) The sprint rep was friendly, he asked whether the number was a GV or FreedomPop one, i promptly said it was FP. He said the port is in progress and will take 2 more days and he can push it right away if i want. I said yes, and the port was done within a minute and he said to check after 10 mins
8) Phone activated, get around 10 Mbps down

Thanks for your help SDers

Anyone added a line after new account opening online? Did you have to do it over the phone or is there a way to do it online?
