Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I switched from MintSim today.

15 minute phone call. I had picked up a sim from a sprint store.

Already shows correctly online in my account.

Has anyone successfully changed the MVNO flag on your phone through sprint? I've called countless times and noone would do it for me. LiterallyUnlimited doesn't seem to be responding on reddit either. I am feeling pretty hopeless.

okay long story short... after 2 phone calls and 2 trips to sprint store finally back on Sprint

tried to navigate the website but its as crappy as i remember it, its like they took the old GUI and mixed it with the new one... but from the my sprint app can confirm im on the Unlimited BYOD plan... ran a few speeds tests and getting over 10 down and about 5 up which is better than t=mobile which was at about 4/4

might try to add another line for my mom and most likely will keep Sprint after the year but who knows what the landscape will be next year

Second time at bat with the same question ...

Anyone know what the cheapest phone is on the eligibility list that has a smaller screen (like 4.5" +/-), no bigger than iPhone 6's screen size? Can't deal with big azz phones in my pocket.

Thanks a bunch.

You have to put a different phone on the Tello line or terminate the Tello line. If you put a different phone on, it either has to use the same type SIM card or you will need to get a new SIM card unless of course the different phone isn't an LTE phone.

Was this a SIM free model? If so and you have it on a Sprint MVNO, then it is already whitelisted. But you will need to change the ownership flag.

Thanks for the response. I was actually just going to replace the phone online in the account with the imei for another phone. It requires a different SIM card, but I wasn't going to actually use it. Will the iPhone 7 still remain activated if I replace it online in my account but don't actually load up the account on another phone? I don't want to deactivate the account itself because I need the phone number that's attached to it.

I would appreciate any advice on how to deactivate a phone (to get the flag changed) when you still need the number on that phone.

That's a 5" screen. Too big.
Nothing smaller?

Small yes ... but not cheap by any means. Even used SEs (with enough memory to run without choking) aren't cheap.

Any budget phones on the list with a 4.5" screen?

iPhone 5s or 5c used. iPhone 5 is cheaper but won't work.

Thanks.
I should have been more explicit. I'm on Cricket and the eligible iPhone 5s are Verizon only.

I registered with Verizon 5C, got the deal but now it broke LCD. Can I swap it to Sprint iPhone 5 or will it break the promo?

Thanks
