Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Something weird is happening with my Moto E4 on this plan, it's not showing any data usage. My other 2 lines are displaying data usage. I'm thinking it might have something to do with the phone being new. I preordered this phone from Amazon and had it delivered the day it was released to my house and I put it on the plan that same day.

I've read through this thread and people are saying that they had to have Sprint add the IMEI to the database. I didn't have to do this. And when I first looked at my Sprint account it listed my phone as a ZTE Optik. I just checked today and it changed to Moto E4.

Is this something I should be worried about or just leave it alone?

Do you mean for referral credit, or that you have to open new lines on the free account within 7 days?

Spent over 4 hrs today at Sprint Store and phone/chat to port over my number from T mobile prepaid to an unlocked iPhone 6 plus that I bought from Apple.
2 sim cards later, reset network....blah...blah...blah.... still no service. Confirmed number was ported. WTF?!

I think I am gonna have to port out and sign up for ATT prepaid tomorrow. ridiculous.
This deal is not available in store, must be done online or through the number in the wiki.

I'm curious why would people do this given that it requires a hard credit pull when you can easily find a CC sign up that gives you $500 cash and use that to pay whatever carrier you want?

Because it's worth a lot more than $500, especially if you're bringing 2 or more lines. How many CC offers are you gonna sign up for?

Can anyone confirm if the Moto E4 uses the same sim card as the Moto G5 Plus. I switched to sprint with G5 Plus but want to change phones to the E4. The customer service rep said the sim card was not compatible and advised i got a sprint store.... I have been to over 5 sprint stores and not one will sell a sim card....

Thanks,

Really, so you can do multiple lines under one credit check?

I sign up for 3-4 CC offers a year, which net me 2-3K. Smilie

Could anyone explain to me how to get my new moto G5+ onto the sprint free plan with the following parameters?

1. Current phone number I'd like to keep is tied to moto e (2nd gen - sprint only) on Ting CDMA
2. Moto G5+ is new in box from Prime Day & doesn't have service anywhere

I'd like the transfer to be cheap & easy, but not sure how to port out the number to the new phone? I do have an unused at&t sim so I was planning on signing up for the $2 prepaid with G5 using the Ting number, then transfer the G5 to the Sprint plan - I'm just not sure how to get the process started

You're not getting them.
Quote from JTravers :
You won't get them because you're already getting a free year of service. Same reason why referrals and credit union rewards won't work. All the money they'd normally pay for marketing is going into giving a year of free service.
From SDer, it is learnt that it's best to ignore these people that "think" that you can't have your cake and eat it too. Free service is with referral is no go?LMAO

Got my first referral credits confirmed today!

Half dozen more to goHa ha
