Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.
Can I cancel after the first year?
Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

DP: I have an att iPhone 7 plus I paid off and unlocked last year which works very well with this plan
Is "AT&T" etched/branded somewhere on the case of this iPhone 7 Plus ?

It must have been purchased at Best Buy ??

It's on the back of your phone. Very tiny print: model Axxxx. T-Mobile/AT&T version should be A1778 or A1784. They do have Sprint LTE Bands (25, 26, 41), just don't have CDMA EV-DO Rev. A (800, 1900, 2100 MHz) .
My model # is A1661

Looks like I'm a Sprint customer now, as far as deals after signing up it's just the AA miles and Love my credit union bonus. Anything else? No one has gotten the Sprint referral to work right?
It's fun and uncommon to see an excited Sprint customer. :-) AA miles and referrals didn't work for me. I did not bother with the credit union.

Been over 2 weeks since I activated the sprint SIM and they still haven't been able to get it working. Porting a # over from freedompop and sprint can't figure out how to do it, and won't assign a temporary # so I can't use the line till they figure it out.

I ported about 6 lines from freedompop gsm. All are working within 24 hours. Usually you will see porting status in your account. It will ask you to call them if there is a problem. I did had to call their porting department for those freedompop lines.

Does anyone know what the Sansung S7 "Special Edition" is? Has anyone been able to activate one? I was going to buy a Sprint branded one, but this "Special Edition" phrase is making me question myself.

You got from AT&T? You are lucky then! I bought mine from Apple store unlocked version A1661, which is for Sprint & Version, and has all the LTE bands and CDMA frequencies.

So, real AT&T version (A1778, A1784) should not work for Sprint well. I was surprised that you said your AT&T version worked. But your model A1661 is for Sprint/Verizon.

Good to know. After some searching on Ebay, I was able to find a IMEI # from a Sprint S7 and everything checks out when using sprints eligibility checker. If anyone else has something to add, feel free.

You must have bought the phone from best buy or Apple then. That's the unlocked model that works on the big 4. If you bought from At&T then you would have gotten the one that doesn't work on sprint or verizon.

Best buy sells only the unlocked model that works for everyone. That's why. If he would have bought it from AT&t he would have gotten the t-mobile/at&t version. Since best buy doesn't sell T-mobile contract phones they only need to carry the model that works for everyone. And Apple only sells the model that works for everyone too
