Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

so I am attempting to switch over my Google Voice number I already have it unlocked for porting. When I try to switch it to Sprint they want an account number and my PIN number. I have my PIN number which is my voicemail code however I don't know what to give him for my account number and I told them I'm a Google fi customer. Should I just tell them I'm a Google Voice customer and give them my pin and phone number and will this work or do I still need an account number or some other work around? I've read through so many comments and I'm not sure quite yet. They're activation department is closed till the morning now.

Account number is phone number for google voice. You can tell them google voice. When I signed up I told the CSR google and she said ahh google voice. They know and it doesn't matter to them.

I went to the Corporate Sprint store and told them I have to activate for the free one year over the phone and they were like ohh okay and gave me a free one no questions according to my phone I told them I had. Private "Sprint" stores, yeah not so much smh .. Call first though fyi to see if they have them, since it is an apple.

Okay thank you so much. I was going to do this, but didn't want them to screw me over. I didn't want the port to hang up when she warned me of this too. Then when I was going to try this she hung up before I could, closing. so I will try this way when open, like I was going to risk today. Now I have clarification, thank you so much. Perfect answer and Rep. I'll report back.

That's really unfortunate. I'm hoping the google voice way goes through smoothly when I call them back. My Verizon line just ran out of data for the month too, so crossing fingers.

service with sprint in CA (socal and norcal) is terrible compared to at&t but it gets the job done in major cities and i guess it makes me spend less time on my phone; ill switch back to atat if they slash their prices

I've seen a one month free promo on TV but not one year. The store also has posters for a free month of unlimited.

I'm gonna give it a shot despite hearing horror stories from friends with really bad Sprint service and friends getting charged crazy amounts of roaming fees. If I can get free mobile service then I'm all in.

I ordered a sim that will be arriving today through Amazon. Made sure to order the right sim for my iPhone 6 Plus since I read in the forms that Sprint has Android and IOS specific SIM cards.

The 2 questions:

1. Will I be able to use wifi calling on an T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus that is currently unlocked and on AT&T's prepaid plan? I've been reading page after page but I haven't found an answer yet.

2. Can I cancel anytime? I read that you can cancel before 14 days and you won't be charged a thing but can you cancel say 2 months into this deal? I want to take advantage of any really good iPhone deals that come out after the new iPhone 8 is finally announced. Maybe a free iPhone 7 Plus when switching carriers or something like that. I might even just stick with Sprint and get and iPhone through them and pay the monthly as long as the service works well enough for me.

I gotta give props to T-Mobile though, it seems like all the carriers are really trying to compete with their "Uncarrier" strategy that they started a while ago. Overall cell plans have really been dropping in price. Especially Sprint's, lol.

Thanks OP!
