Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Can I by Iphone 8 elsewhere when it released and bring to this plan or will I have to wait till 12/01?

once you set up your acct, you can swap over to the iphone 8, note 8 or any other new sprint compatible phone. you can use the automated service (in most cases) or echat. I got several family members signed up on this plan and alot of them swapped to s8+ with zero issues

One more question. Can anyone comment on how good an unlocked T-Mobile iPhone 6 Plus works on Sprint's network?

"If you would like to get a SIM locally to save time and $10 shipping you have to call the Promo number @ 866-782-8777 to set up service and activate your line"

I quote from the wiki. How are people getting the SIM locally ? From Sprint store ? Or third party like amazon ?
Can people who done this that way give an idea How much did it cost ? Thanks

Sprint now has a deal offering 1 year of free unlimited plan service for those who switch from Verizon. If your area gets good Sprint service this is a pretty fantastic deal. Take advantage of the service provider wars and get a free year!

my 18 year old son is on this plan. I used a tmobile line not verizon to port into this deal.

He used over 40 gigs last month and he says video is playable even after LTE ends at 10 gigs

Yeah people always thread crap Sprint because they used to be bad. They have come a long way. Cheaper than everyone and the LTE network is actually good. I get great service all over Florida and traveling to Minneapolis, San Fran, Atlanta and San Diego had great service there too. People just like to react and bash with no actual info these days..

I agree! I love to make fun of Sprint, but their coverage is much better than it used to be. The problem with both Sprint and T-Mobile is that they are still what I like to call "block to block coverage..." In other words, I have stellar coverage on one street but a block over, coverage totally drops and data speeds slow to unusable speeds. Both Sprint and T-Mo have had this issue due to the fact that AT&T and Verizon had the better 'coverage' spectrum while Sprint and T-Mobile were digging up the scraps and piecing them together. T-Mobile should be getting a lot better with their 600 Mhz band, but no current devices support it, so that's a ways out.

If you live in a solid Sprint area, this is a great deal. Do beware though - the credits for the free line don't kick in for a billing cycle or two! That means you could be on the hook for $320 plus taxes and fees BEFORE that credit kicks in if you do the full family plan. Read that fine print carefully!

I pay $120/mo for 4 lines at Tmobile. This is $160/mo and with less features and decreased service.

This may be good for someone else, but not for me.
