I just did the check on bestbuy.com. Bestbuy allow me to upgrade. So its good. now waiting for the LG G6 For $120 promo to show up again Smilie
I just checked my lines. They all show up as eligible to upgrade at Sprint.com, but I get an error at BestBuy.com saying I need to change my plan to upgrade. Hopefully, that will resolve itself in a day or two. Good to see it's working for you, though.

Tello is a Sprint mvno so you are considered to be active with sprint and don't qualify for this deal.
Your phone number will not qualify, you need to port to a non-sprint carrier to have it qualify for this deal.
Your phone will not qualify as it is considered active on sprint. You need to make it inactive by porting out of tello, cancelling account or replacing it with another device. Also Sprint flags phones used on sprint mvno's or pre-paid(PLBL). This flag on the phone needs to be changed to SPCS before being able to qualify for this deal. Literallyunlimited on reddit can change this for you but phone needs to be inactive first.
So I'm currently on republic wireless which uses Sprint network. I bought a new unlocked phone and ordered a Sprint SIM. I will start out with a new number, can I then port my existing RW phone number and still continue to get a one year free service? or you must port your number from non sprint provider to be eligible for this deal?

Not through Best Buy. But I'm hoping it'll work through the system by tomorrow.

So my upgrade is no longer available. I think the upgrade goes away after a few days on Sprint. My current eligible date is now 09/01/2019 which is like forever from now. Hopefully this changes in December

I didnt go through all the way. I input my phone number and pin. It said I'm eligible for upgrade. Then I picked a phone to upgrade. It gave me the choices such as 24 month installment, lease and full price.

Once again, make sure Sprint didn't add the $13 Total Equipment Protection. They added it to mine, I caught it and they said they'd fully refund me but now I see I only got a partial refund. Had to chat to get the full refund.

You must port a non sprint number when signing up. I don't know much about Republic it looks like they have both GSM and CDMA(sprint).

less than $2.50 per line. Consider you're lucky and got a good deal.
I'm paying $3.50 per line.
