Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Ported in google voice number for new line. Now moved my old number from MVNO to Google voice. Is there any way to swap in the google voice number without voiding my free year? Am I stuck using google voice forwarding option?
When you ported in the google voice number did the sprint rep say it was OK? Assumed google voice wouldn't work.

Several people have reported bring able to port in your old number on top of the temporary one you used to activate with no problem. Do it with tech support and not the 8777 sales number of course.

But wait for one of them to see your post and confirm or look back and find the prior posts.

All sorts of people have used google voice numbers to port in, reported in numerous posts here (dozens at least) because you can do it for $3. It is one of the standard recommendations. Freedom Pop numbers work too.
I myself have ported in a Ring.To number which is the same thing really.
I myself used a

Yes. The telesales rep asked for the account number (which is the google voice 10 digit number with no spaces or dashes). I had researched about the pin number which I offered to give but the rep did not seem to need it.

Thank you. I have been looking back but my search terms must really not be very good. I was told no by the port center number, which was probably the wrong number to call. I will look back for more info as well. Thanks for the heads up.

Another way to do it would be to port in your number as an a line with some cheap or broken/dummy phone. Actually just a valid IMEI will do, you do not need a real working or available phone. , Then swap the two numbers on the account. I just did a number swap myself for different reasons. They do not care. It does not even appear on Billing's radar. But I think you will find that is not even necessary. If you are still scared in a day ot two, you can do it that way.

I would do it with tech. support chat, not anyone else. Also it is better not to ask questions. The tech. people do not really know anything about plan issues. I know that is hard to do.

If I did ask anyone questions to anyone at Sprint, I would word it as "I accidentally ported in the wrong number - how can I correct that?" There's no harm asking .

Lol... He did a good job with Brightstar, made it a billion dollar company. Dunno why can't he do the same with Sprint. Macro, maybe it's time for you to give him some good advice!

My double bad, Masayoshi Son-san. Must pay respect even if it sounds odd in Son-san, or Sprint will turn off the light like RingPlus.
