Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I tired to add a new line to an existing free plan (but was disconnected) and I was told it was 1 yr from the date the line was added?

Is that true?

so I can continue cancelling a line then adding to get a free line if they still have the promo?
All lines free pricing end one year from the date the *first line* was added.

We have all seen that reflected in the end dates as we added more lines over time.

OR, use another SSN for later-added lines to get a later end date for them..

You can add lines but it'll keep the original exp date as the 1st line

I signed up for 2 free lines back in Sept and my exp date was 9/30/18 -- today I added another free line and it also has 9/30/18 exp date

I hope someone posts specific confirmation for you but actually all free and clear Sprint postpaid devices can potentially be activated BUT if it has been on an mvno you will first have to get LiterallyUnlimited to switch it back in the database to Postpaid - you can search in this thread for LiterallyUnlimited.

Can phones locked to Sprint be used on the byod plan? Have had that plan since August and need to replace my current phone. Current phone is unlocked and I own it outright.
