H2O won't give account number for 3-5 days -- you also need to add min $10 and make 3 calls/texts for account verification

TMo pay go prepaid should work unfunded

ATT pay go prepaid you'll need to add some funds -- not sure what amount recently (used to be $5+tax if you used flip phone IMEI for activation)

Port out in afternoon/evening -- port back in next morning under diff name/SSN
One more question.. if i have multiple lines (3), i need to create three tmo prepaid accounts and port out at the same time or can i just have her port out and sign up. Then do the rest of the lines at a later date?

TMo SIMs are one-time use so you'll need 3 of them for 3 lines

You can just do one line for now to make sure she gets approved

Hi,

If I want to get this 1 year free on a new number? Can sprint active a new number on this offer or I have to setup a service with another carrier first with new number and port it? What's the cheapest option to do this?

Also If I use a AT&T unlocked Iphone 6 and International Unlocked Iphone 6s will they both get LTE on sprint?

Promo is for "switching" to Sprint so you have to number port from non-Sprint carrier (can't get new service from Sprint) -- eBay has "T-Mobile number port" for ~$5

Check LTE bands for phone model: https://www.apple.com/iphone/LTE/

Try it on Ting at https://ting.com/byod and post the FULL RESPONSE (ie. does in mantion CDMA).

Nothing about CDMA

Great news!
Your phone is compatible with Ting.
If your Galaxy S9+ SM-G965U is unlocked you can bring it to Ting today! It will support the following services on our GSM network.
2G

3G

4GLTE
Your Galaxy S9+ SM-G965U will require a Ting SIM card to activate. If you already have your Ting SIM card you can jump straight to activation. Otherwise...

Oh. If unbranded S9+ is like unbranded S8+, it will not get Visual Voicemail or LTE Calling on Sprint.

If you had got Sprint S9+, it would have all Sprint features and you could have unlocked it in 50 days and it would still have all Sprint features..

I am not criticizing, just letting you know.

However you will probably be able to flash it to a branded unlocked version later. Arguably, given that you can flash it later, you are just as well off because you can use the unbranded versioin on all 4 carriers right away (but based on a more basic common feature set for now).
I was able to confirm that neither Visual Voice Mail or LTE calling works on the unlocked version of S9 Plus. Disappointed, but not surprised. Strangely, I don't even get regular voicemail notifications. I definitely need to work with Sprint to solve that problem somehow. But if anyone knows the solution, I would really appreciate it.

What is the sim card number i need for Iphone 6s and 6?

The article linked has a different SKU and the one on Ting website link is different.

Also it mentioned cannot upgrade phone for 120 days I assume this means getting phones directly from sprint Correct? We can still buy a phone off ebay or something and and still be able to swap the phone on the account anytime even after 3 days of service correct?

Right unfortunatelty that confirms that the S9+ AT&T model IMEI's have not been added to the Sprint database and so are not eligible to go on Sprint, or on Ting's Sprint side (only on Ting's SM side). They are not listed as eligible either at https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/of...:1yearfree. You will just have to wait an unknown anount of time until they are. It could be some time, since it was months before the S8/8+ AT&T, VZW, and TMO models were added. I do think it will happen eventually. It is impossible to use such phones on Sprint for now.

That seems to happen if you were a former Sprint customer in certain cases where the identity information needs to be reconciled or there are other identity issues.

You may be able to resolve it at 866-782-8777 but going to a store with lots of ID also has some advantages.

That email issue is probably because you did a swap and inherited the old voicemail setup which cannot work with this phone. Tech. support should be able to re-provision to go to manual operation of voicemail.

Painless to switch over. Painful to deal with crappy signal. Wow. Just no comparison to Verizon. I also think Verizon is overpriced. So ultimately you get exactly what you don't pay for with Sprint. Omaha NE.
