Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Oh okay, that's easy enough if you can do it yourself.
They have been fully automated at times but right now they are getting errors most of the time but it just redirects you to a tech. support chat to complete it which takes inside a minute.

Hello.
I would appreciate if someowe give me correct steps, TIA
1st Current grandfathering tmobile $70/mo 1 line(me) iphone6 A1549(model GSM T-Mobile MG5A2LL/A), when I checked IMEI on sprint website "Good news, your phone is compatible with our network, Your network speed 4G" - lets call this line: "A"
2nd Current tmobile prepaid $50/mo 1 line(wife) ipnohe5s from att unlocked, not compatable with BYOD: line "B"
Aslo I have google voice# (unlocked ready to port): line "G.V"
I have one H2O sim (to close sprint pay line, when i"ll port out S>H2O)

What i want to do is:
Keep both A and B line for couple month alive, and see how Sprint will satisfy my needs.
Open 1yearfree BYOD - 2 lines (100% hard credit check thru Sprint website)
and get this iphone8 $20.83X24=$499.92 offer at BB (https://slickdeals.net/f/11535607-iphones-sprint-bestbuy-200-off-again?src=SiteSearchV2_SearchBarV2Algo1) another hard credit check at BB store??? - pay line "D"
But i have only line "A" eligibile, so first i have to open online or by phone 1 BYOD- line "C" with port G.V#(iphone6) and add 2nd line "D" (new unlocked iphone8) latter on.

So my steps would be, correct me please if i'm wrong:
Best Buy has a Boost Mobile triple SIM pack which works on Sprint ~$10
Call to 866-782-8777 and set up new BYOD acc(hard pull) using iphone6 IMEI with G.V# and Boost Mobile SIM. 1free BYOD line "C" done!
Go to BB and get iphone8 - add a pay line "D" to my newly created 1yearfree acc.(2nd hard credit check?? do i need another G.V# or tmobile prepaid SIM??or they can give me new Sprint#??)
Open ipnone8 insert Verizon prepaid SIM >power on ipnone8> should be unlocked then
insert Sprint sim, activate ipnohe on Sprint make couple calls> pay off iphone8 by using *3> make shure ipnohe is paid off> port out to H2O> line "D" should be closed
check new ipnone8 IMEI if elegible for BYOD, if so call to 866-782-8777 and add BYOD 1yearfree 2nd line "E" with same Sprint SIM(whih was line "D") - using spare(2nd) G.V#
After all work around i should have 1yearfree 2 lines(C,E), and pay line "D" should be closed.
What you think guys, if that gonna work???
Can i after couple month port my line "A"# to "C" and line "B"# to "E"?
Sorry for my English
Thank you!!!

I'm ready to make the move. Can anyone take a quick look of my checklist and let me know if I missed anything? Thanks!
  1. Paid Google Voice $3 and unlocked my number.
  2. IMEI number for my eligible phone. (https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...phone=byod) - checked & eligible.
  3. Sprint SIMOLW506C SIM Card ready.
  4. Call Sprint @866-782-8777 to create my new account and add the1st line (GV).
  5. Credit check
  6. GV account number is 10 digits phone number and the pin is 4 digits voicemail PIN.
  7. Done.

I went to the Sprint store to get a sim card and the guy there said they can't give sim card unless they assign it to the account. Basically he said there's no way to get a sim card from them, is that true? I want to have the sim card ready when I make the phone call. I might go to best buy and buy the boost one for $10 but I thought if I can get it cheaper, why not.

I am also trying to port from FP and being rejected for a week. Were you able to get a new number and stay on the plan?
Porting over a FP Global SIM number was a PITA for me. My initial port request on 4/23 was rejected (my fault) but I had Sprint re-submit with the correct information hours later. I wasn't able to get port approval until 4/26, and that involved calling the actual number owners porting department (Onvoy) which I really wasn't supposed to contact (oops!). Even worse, they only "approved" the port and wouldn't release the number until 5/2, so in total it took almost 10 days to complete the transfer and activate service. It sounds like the FP LTE SIM numbers are much easier to port over.

Depends on the person servicing you. I walked in asked for a sim and walked out. Other times they wanted my license and everything. Should only cost $3 if they want you to pay for it.

I've read the thread and don't think there's an answer to this, can I do the port out to TMobile and port back into sprint at night. What times are the porting departments open so I can avoid missed calls and texts?
T-mobile seems to be 24/7 porting in and out. Sprint's BYOD line is open from 6am-11pm CST. They refer you to use chat on their website during off hours, but it didn't popup for me. Had to wake up at 6am CST today to port in.

Yeah, that's what I wanted but they're so thirsty for signing up new people, that guy I talked to wasn't having it. I kept saying how the person I talked on the phone said I can go to the Sprint store and get a sim card but he's all like, no can't, have to make you an account. Even when I go there to get stuff from the Amazon locker they're always asking me if I want to sign a contract with them, every single time.

Anyone here uses Sprint SIMOLW506C for your S8 Plus? How can you tell if the rep at Sprint store gives you the right SIM for your phone because the outside of Sprint CSIM V1 Activation Kit only has ICCID visible?

Having some problems. Trying on a (never locked) Moto E4 that is currently on page plus. Went through everything just fine online, sim arrived (is the correct SIMOLW416Q) and completed setup online, got to the order confirmation page that said I was good to go and should be active n 10 minutes. That was about 3 hours ago. However, I can't make or receive calls and I keep getting the "invalid SIM card" notification in the hidden menus.

When I check activation online it says it's already been entered. Tried dialing ##8732834# and rebooting (per note from Wiki) with no luck. Any suggestions? Is Page Plus not releasing the port? Any one experience anything similar?
