Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

LiterallyUnlimited did his/her magic, but when I enter the MEID with TPO phone number, still says "Ineligible, this phone does not qualify for this offer". What's funny is that if I enter with Google Voice Phone number, it says Eligible. Does it mean, the TPO number got revoked (the account was probably inactive for some time with TPO). And if the phone number is gone, can I get one on this Promotion?

This has been widely covered here.
Must get a T-Mo or AT&T prepaid sim and port the Sprint # to it.
Account closing is immediate if that's the only line, and the phone is released.

If you have an iPhone you can get a free T-Mo sim at any Apple store and then call T-Mo.
For Android phones you must buy a sim from T-Mo or AT&T.

Perfect, that just means the TPO number is the problem. Use a number from anywhere else.

You can't "just cancel" the line immediately.
Actually you can cancel, through Account Services, but it will not fully take effect until end of billing period.
For immediate effect, you have to EITHER port out the number to anywhere OR IMEI swap in another IMEI using tech. support chat.
This is the same as some other carriers.

Anyone know how to purchase the moto E cheaply at Best Buy--possibly the one with plan and not activate the plan? Anyone have any success with that? Maybe a prepaid plan but save the card for another phone/another time?
Moto E4 MUST be UNLOCKED and INACTIVE.
Best Buy has these brand new for $130 or refurbished for $110.

I signed up yesterday with one line and was told i could sign up additional phones after that date, but that the end of the promotional price would still be 5/31/19. As long as you have an account you can add phones.

I was wondering if you have a phone case to recommend for this one? I see only the weak cases on ebay and don't see any hard cases and the weak ones will not survive my husband, thanks!
We were unable to find a variety of cases. Just cheap flexible ones and those are overpriced because it's a low volume item. They love the phone though

If you want it done immediately you MUST port, otherwise it takes time.
Get a 99 cent Sim from AT&T and do it.

That # is yours and it can not be taken away from you.
It sounds as if that # is still with T-Mo.
Call T-Mo to verify status.
Maybe add funds to T-Mo if the # is still there, if T-Mo is giving you a hard time, and if you still want the # ported.
If the # is still with T-Mo ask Sprint to redo the port.

There may be a problem with the T-Mo account # which is the prepaid phone # with an 1 in front, and/or the PIN that you should have created.
Call T-Mo customer service at 611 or another phone to verify these #s.

Customer Care & Technical Support available 24/7
Call from a T-Mobile phone: 611
Call from another phone: 1-877-746-0909
Might you have a guess what could be the cause of the issue for the user "onewhowas"...? I'm very sorry to hear that and hope it will be resolved soon and that we all can try to avoid such issues in the future.

So, I ported in from Tmobile for a new Sprint BYOD account this morning using spouse's SSN. The voice/text seems to be working, though there is still only 3G and no LTE. (It does not have "Profile" on the menu, thus I'm currently stuck there...)

I have another Sprint BYOD account under my SSN that will expire this coming July - only 1 line on iPhone 6s. It is a phone number that I need to keep. Thus I'm wondering when/whether I should port it out now to TMO and then port back in to Spouse's acct? But, from what "onewhowas" is experiencing right now, it seems to be very risky to do that. Any advice? Thanks so much again for all your help...
