Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Is this dead? I was also offered a free tablet and concerned that it is not actually a free plan anymore
Is it true that it's dead...? Did you try it today and what happened...? Has anyone else tried to do it today...?

They made me the same offer also made it sound like service was Free. Did you decline it?
Device is free after $6.25 bill credits for 24 months. Plan $30*24=$720. Also after 12 months phone plan goes to $60*12=$720.
So additional $1440 for free junk tablet unless you pay off early. If you stay only 12 months still $360+$75 tablet payoff.

I dropped the call after agreeing to the tablet but before agreeing to the plan terms. Called back and seemingly started over with port and sim info and I wasn't asked about a tablet and it's not shown on the dashboard or email so hopefully no tablet is coming to me

While completing the process yesterday, the rep asked if the TMobile account I was porting over was prepaid or postpaid. I said I wasn't sure. He asked if I could confirm as any discrepancies might affect the activation. I told him I was positive the account number and pin were 100% correct. That appeared to satisfy him and didn't ask if pre or post again. I wondered if he would verbally disqualify me if I stated it was a prepaid account?

It doesn't matter if it's prepaid or postpaid. The first time I ported over I said it was postpaid (it's not, it was a Tmobile prepaid Pay-As-You-Go plan) and port went through fine.

The second time I accidentally told them it was prepaid (rep caught me off guard); the rep didn't say anything about it otherwise and the port went through fine as well.

If the rep catches u, you can just act dumb, be like oops I mean postpaid... Stick Out Tongue

Got on board with unlocked version of Moto E4 two days ago. Everything is working fine except having a known issue of IPv6/IPv4. All apps using IPv4 (Wechat, Alfred, Pokeman, TurnIn) are not working with Sprint LTE data which use IPv6 protocol to address. Are there Moto E4 users who are running same problem and know how to get around it?

You removed "Offer ends 5/17/18" from Wiki. Any particular reasons? Will this offer be extended beyond TODAY?

Lol, I already have a dummy number in the plan I opened up a week ago... So I'll be porting 3 numbers, I've already ported out of Sprint this morning. I'll try in an hour or so.

Ha, well I am late to round 2. Is it too late to setup a new account through the BYOD page? Im prepared to port out and back in all 5 lines today but it seems everybody is calling in lately. I like to avoid questions over the phone when possible, and at this point would be easier to accomplish today.

Also, looks like you can still add lines 2-5 after today per the "05/17/18" verbage??

Aggravating, on the phone with a green rep, trying to ask everything and so slow. Been on the line for one hour. This usually only takes 5 min. They are also clearly commissioned, trying hard to upsell.
