I did try your advised, called them and open a new account with new SSN. Both phones (2 lines) already ported back in to Sprint Free 1 year Unlimited deal. Call went smoothly then already made an online Sprint Account and set up auto pay. But.. I still cannot use both phones, whenever I try making a call it still say "your account could not be verified"
First Rep who ported the phones say it only takes like 10 minutes to activate, I'm already been waiting more than an hour now.

I do not think you have mentioned what phones they are but
(1) If you do still have a borrowed phone call the (partly-automated) port center at 866-437-1818 and verify the ports have completed. They can also help you get it working
(2) You most likely just need to
-"Reactivate" in Settings
-Reset Carrier Data
-Update Profile
-Update PRL
-Power cycle

I do not have an available phone right now to call that number. Regarding your (2) above, will both phones get activated automatically if I just leave them alone in 24 hours? I don't want to mess up the phone by tinkering the settings.. I'm not a tech savvy!

Usually but it depends on the phones.
It seldom pays to assume a problem will resolve itself.
Nothing I said above will cause any difficulty in any way.
At the very least try power cycling them.

You can check port status online also.

Did power 0n/off and update PRL, can't figure out how to do the other you mention above with a Moto g5 plus and Samsung S8 Plus. I'm still stuck with the same message " account could not be validated".
Anyway I could do this via chat / store? or do I really really need to call them on the phone?

You can just chat now that you have verified the ports are complete.

The reason you get "account could not be validated" is that you still have the old account in your phones.

For the S8+, open Settings / System Updates / Update Profile.

Then the other will be similar.

On my S8+, can't find the system updates but there's software update though. or can I just go to the store and let them figure out on how to fix it?
