Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

Just ported in my number from Verizon about 30 minutes ago. Bought the SIM at Best Buy and called to activate. Was about a 15 minute call with an agent in the Philippines. Everything went off without a hitch...took the app, was approved for up to 10(!) lines, gave him the IMEI and the SIM card number...the port happened within minutes and I can see everything in my online account. Thanks for the tip off on the deal!

one question...I was offered to add a tablet for $15 a month. I declined but didn't ask for details. Does this draw off of the same 'Unlimited pool of data and have the same details (1080p streaming, etc)?
15 minutes? That has to be a record.Smilie Just be sure your account says this:
Unlimited - Bring Your Phone
Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data.
$5/line/mo up to 5 lines. (Free with AutoPay until 7/31/19)
10GB Mobile Hotspot.
International Text from the US. (Plan FAQ says Sprint Global Roaming included, so also in many other countries: https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/se...aming.html)
Requires $5 per line/per month AutoPay discount.
Savings until 7/31/19; then $60/mo. for line 1, $40/mo. for line 2 and $30/mo./line for lines 3-5 with AutoPay

Hello again! I got myself about 16 months free through 1/19 and my fiance's free year with virgin mobile is ending, I want to get her in on this.
I called virgin mobile to unlock her iphone 6s and was successful.
Can't use her number with this promo since VM is a MVNO, so we need to port it to t-mobile and back with the $3 sim electronic delivery from ebay.
Then sign up online with sprint BYOD link here and use her SSN, her number after porting to tmobile, and the unlocked iphone 6s.

Does that all seem correct? Her VM doesn't expire til 7/7 but I want to do this near the end of June just in case this deal ends.

Thanks to EVERYONE in this thread!

I've never done this before, but our promotional pricing won't change if we add a line to this plan, right?

I know it says in the agreement you can add a line at any time, I just need some confirmation that people have done this and it worked.
It won't change as long as you add the line by calling 866-782-8777 and port in a number.
If you add it any other way it will be a paid line.

Sprint requires 50 days on Sprint to unlock a phone. That is what most have been told.
One person got it right away, probably in error.

That was the answer I received. The question will be --will they actually unlock them at that time.

Thnx....but the irony here is, it is supposed to be unlocked already😃.....but maybe no harm in requesting one after 50 days. Was curious if others has luck via third party unlock codes...

Why do you say it was supposed to be unlocked?
Boost phones, like most prepaid phones, are always locked to Sprint and even to only Boost prepaid use normally.
Occasionally third-party unlocks become available for the GSM side but Boost policy is one year on Boost before unlock.
Sprint general unlock policy requires 50 days on Sprint.
Low-cost prepaid Moto's never come unlocked initially on any carrier as far as I know.

Agreed and I am sure they would refuse if they could because they were never supposed to go on Sprint postpaid in the first place, but, now that they have let them on, they may choose to just treat them under the regular unlock policy rather than have to decide what else to do.

Why do you need to call telesales bro?
If u have an online account.., u can log in and the option to swap devices is in the dashboard.. I think it's under Support- devices option..
Also if you wait fr a little time while in mysprint.com a chat window would pop up.. they should also able to verify the device IMEI and SIM Iccid and let u know if swap possible.. please make sure ur sim is supported in the new phone...
Did all this- checked Sprint BYOD first, after did in Ting BYOD.
When I went back to Sprint change/swap device recognized the meid/hex, not before doing what i said above.
Went to chatting and she swapped quick. Thanks for your suggestions.

cool, I'm a bit behind. Sort of slow unlimited and no tether (without modding) Video streams up to 480p,
music up to 500 Kbps,
gaming streams up to 2 Mbps.

might work for small screens, Directv Now will let you adjust bandwidth now on android.

I've purchased and activated three Boost G6 Play's. I was able to get the first one unlocked. A few days later I submitted for the other two unlocks. After three days I received an email telling me they need to be activated for 50 days before they can be unlocked. The one G6 that I was able to get unlocked works on both AT&T and Verizon.
