Guess they are finally valuing their service quality at zero dollars!! Having unfortunate experience of being a sprint customer, I wholeheartedly concur with the valuation of their service.

Hi! I have ten specific questions that only pertain to my individual circumstances. I epitomize laziness and my sense of entitlement is impervious to reason. Therefore it is the responsibility of anyone and everyone who reads this to find the answers to my questions.

I think I'll roll the dice and stick with my 1 Year free plan. I'll have 16 months free total. I'll look for deals when I'm done with Sprint.

The unlocked E4 will work but $79 price is only if you activate it on Verizon during purchase. Otherwise $129. You could maybe bring down to $114 if you get cricket bundle.

Question: savings end July-31-2018, but can I buy the SIM and activate after 7/31? Or do I have to activate and port the numbers before 7/31?
I just potted my number to MitSim like a week ago and still have a 3-month plan left...

You may want to consider the Boost Moto G6 Play at Walmart. It's $79 and you should be able to activate it on your Sprint account.

I think I'm going for another free year. Kickstart will be at least $360 for my wife and me. I figure in a year from now I may be able to get a plan around the same value so I'll save the $360 up front.
even i am inclined to continue byod free plan as i still have 10months left....
but i also was thinking to add just one line of kickstart in my same byod free line account so it will be $180 instead of $360 so that later we don't regret

I would activate it latest by the end of this month as I heard they plan on ending this deal soon (but then they always extend it). I had until the 27th this month on MetroPCS that I paid for but I wasn't sure if this promo would still be around so I just ported my number and did everything up last night, my promotion still ends July 31 2019.

Maybe ask Mintsim if you can transfer those 3 months of paid service to a new number once you port out your current number.

Thanks. Mint has a 7-day money back guarantee but I just hit 7 days today. I might just go with MintSim given what ppl said about Sprint on this thread. I've never had Sprint service before but seems like it's pretty crappy...I'm in 65806, have been with T-Mobile for 4 years and am satisfied with its service.

To be honest, Sprint postpaid service is about on par (so far) with MetroPCS and Cricket. Then again I live in a city and not in the middle of no where. You can do what you want to, Mint might be able to credit you if you're still within your refund window.

Can anyone please clarify this regarding the Sprint $15 Kickstart Plan ... if I go with the Sprint Free Plan => T-Mobile Port => Port Back to Sprint route to get the $15 plan,

1) Can I reuse the existing old account Sprint Account to add a line? (I currently have two lines on Sprint Free Plan, one will still remain active after port out)?

2) Can the port to T-Mobile and back to Sprint everything be done in 1 day (today last day)? Also, during porting back to Sprint, can I do this online or have to call Sprint?

Thanks!
Learnr - I would do as you suggest one at a time. Port one number out to TMO and then add the first line back to the existing account via the kickstart. Once active on your account (one kickstart on and one on the old plan), port the old plan out and then add the other number.

I originally had one byod free line on my account and then added four kickstart lines for a total of five lines. I still have the byod free so you can have multiple plans one in one account.

Thanks for your reply. But to clarify, can I port back my same number (which was earlier on BYOD 1yr Free Plan) to the same original account on Sprint as an add on line with the new $15 Plan? I do not want to use a family ssn and create another account on sprint.

I didn't do it but many others have.

I think there was somebody on here that said he was in and out and back in, in like 20 minutes or so.

I used T-Mobile for 4 of my port-ins and it was pretty quick.

On Monday, I've ported the Sprint number to TMO. I've followed the instructions in the wiki. After a few hours I've called Sprint to unlock the phone and ask if my account shows, Cancelled. They unlocked my phone, but said that it may take 72 hours to get updated in the system. As of today, the phone still shows, Ineligible, this phone does not qualify for this offer. What do I have to do to have it, eligible?
