Would a boost mobile moto e4 work. The rep told me their system could not verify. Wanted to check is anyone had success
Some have posted that they succeeded.

Try it in the Ting checker (which may add it the Sprint database) and in this checker
https://www.sprint.com/en/shop/br...rint.html?

Try both.

Then try calling again. It may take a few tries.

How do you get to billing chat? I just opened up fb messenger and typed in sprint to start the chat.
I have been prompted at times to choose what it was about and could choose Billing but maybe it depends on what interface you use or the time of day.

Maybe the best thing is to just toggle it off in the DashBoard which many people have been able to do.

Maybe you just got an incompetent rep. It sounds like they were confused on top of that.

You must have been trying a Verizon or ATT prepaid or an older device. There are many affordable phones available for this plan. It's worth checking out IF you are in a good Sprint location.

This coverage map may help: https://www.whistleout.com/CellPh...verage-map

When i signed up i used my wifes SSN. I did most of the talking but she had to answer credit questions and give final approval. Easy peasy. Yes you can reuse the sim. Is the phone still active on Tello? If so, then easiest to get a tmo digital sim as outlined in the wiki. What phone or model number is it?
Thanks! It is a new phone that passes the IME check. I have an LG Tello sim and it is still active on Tello but I need a smaller sim because I will be using an old Iphone. But, I have cut sims before without a problem.

So, I will get a digital sim and give the hubby and extra kiss for being patient with me and sharing his credit info. Smilie Too bad I can't do that part online. I did last year and it was easy peasy.

I have Moto G5 plus and sprint coverage is poor even with the Airave device.

Would getting another phone like Samsung S8 help? Not sure if getting a new phone with a different band would help but was told Moto G5 plus had all necessary bands.

It does have the needed bands.

S8 is a better phone on other ways but let's make sure we understand the problem.

Is the problem voice or data? The solutions are different depending.

Is it just at home or around town also?

By the way Airave does not use over the air cellular to connect to Sprint. It uses your wifi. Is your wifi solid? It could be a problem with your cable router.

Please post a lot more details, such as are other carriers ok at your house etc?

Best to get your iphone sim from an apple store. They are free there. Also be aware that some older iphones will not have the greatest LTE data experience as some are missing band 41.

Another note: The tmo phone hold times are greatest on the weekends. Call early on weekdays if possible. AND please review the wiki before calling.

What is cheapest service to start a new number on long enough t port it to Sprint for this deal?? Freedompop 3 month $20?? I don't need quality service just a new number to port in read below.

My first year on sprint for $4 a month just expired and I took my REAL number to metropcs and got that $50 iphone 6s. I have a unlocked moto g5 plus to take somewhere cheap long enough to get it back onto Sprint for hopefully sub $5 a month again.

Google Voice... you should be able to create a new account and then unlock the number for like $3.

Is SIMGLW416Q compatible with the Samsung Galaxy S8 or does it have to be SIMOLW416Q?
